Click on the balloons to pop them before they reach the ground, and shoot down scooby snacks to make darts travel faster. To shoot darts, just tap anywhere, but do it at the right time. Popping balloons and destroying snacks gets you points, and you can also use power darts and bones to throw at the monsters.
